Full-Time
8 hour shifts
Rotational 4 hour Saturday shift
Monday through Friday
Requirements:
1-2 years experience (preferred)
Familiar with the Service Titan platform (preferred)
Valid Driver's license
Pass a background check and drug test.

Duties and Responsibilities
Book service appointments with service techs as well as service and market customers, confirm all calls 24 hours before the appointment, make sure all service techs have parts and equipment, call customers 20-60 minutes before the technician arrives, make sure all service technicians debrief after each appointment, generate any invoices necessary for the customer, process service calls from beginning to end, monitor hour's on jobs while staying in contact with the service technicians, tracking where leads came from and categorizing them correctly in the system.
